Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods from our manufacturers:

Standard UPS Ground

The standard cost per order is included below.

0-25 - 9.00 S&H

25-50 - 13.00 S&H

50-100 - 19.00 S&H

100-200 - 24.00 S&H

200 and ^ - 30.00 S&H

This section may include the cost of each form of delivery as we update our site.

Returns

Returns cannott be made on Shampoos, Conditioners, or treats.

They can however be made on defaulty manufacturing, pet accessories that were too small or too large, collars, leashes, mis-spelled pet tags & identification products.

Any products that have been worn out, stretched out, marked up, or ruined will not be accepted by manufacturer.
